Project Name: Upper West Side Apartment 1, New York, NY
Area: 1,200 SF
This pre-war apartment renovation emphasizes new spatial connections. Walls were removed from between the kitchen and adjacent dining room, and from between the living room and office. New visual connections between the main living spaces create an open, loft-like experience. Recessed and glass-paneled doors, and thick wood moldings and casings, contribute to the traditional ‘pre-war’ aesthetic.
