Project Name: Upper West Side Apartment 4, New York, NY
Area: 2,000 SF
This new home combines two adjacent apartments by penetrating a bearing wall between them. An open and flexible living space creates a loft-like environment. A series of sliding panels provides the option to compartmentalize or combine areas for varying functions. Wood and stone finishes provide warmth, while translucent glass panels maximize natural light throughout the space. The result is a minimal, modern aesthetic with clean lines.
