Project Name: Spencer Restaurant, New York, NY
Area: 2,900 SF
A stone wall fountain greets diners at the front entrance of this hip eatery serving contemporary American cuisine. Exposed brick plays off wood panel walls within inlayed metal strips. A translucent glass screen separates the wood paneled bar and the dining area from the street, while allowing natural light into the space during the day. The kitchen is located at the rear of the space and is revealed to diners through a linear window. The architectural materials work in conjunction with beautifully prepared and styled food in order to create a warm and lively space.
