Project Name: House Renovation/Addition, Newburgh, NY
Area: 6,800 SF
The client wished to create a new building and main living space that would connect to an existing house and to a greenhouse shed. Both existing structures were gutted, and a new house was constructed between them. All living spaces were relocated with new adjacencies and internal flow. A new kitchen was located in the former shed, attached to the linear greenhouse structure. This new house redefined the residential compound into a more cohesive site plan, which also includes an existing garage, two guest houses, and storages sheds.
