Project Name: Townhouse Renovation/Addition – Upper East Side, New York, NY
Area: 7,000 SF
This elegant single family townhouse was originally constructed in the late 1800s. The extensive scope of work involved gutting the entire interior, constructing a new rear addition from cellar to roof, and the addition of a new fifth floor.
A large entry foyer welcomes visitors at the main floor. A new kitchen and dining area with large windows provides views of the landscaped rear yard. A formal living room, family room and wet bar are located at the second level. The upper levels comprise six bedrooms and bathrooms.
A new elevator replaces a former one, and a new separate stair provides access to a landscaped roof. The façade has been refurbished and new front windows installed.
