At the corner of Broadway and Columbus Avenue in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, PJCArchitecture navigated the atypical layout of this 1,900-square-foot three-bedroom apartment to deliver a highly functional and versatile home. The homeowners, both doctors, entrusted the architects, with the support of Quadrant Development Consultants, FIKS Consultants, and Mathew Lynn Interiors, to deliver a sensible home well equipped for their current working lifestyles with provisions to gracefully age in place.
